1. Reservation Cancellation

1.1 Standard Cancellations:

  • Cancellation Notice: If you cancel your reservation at least [X] days before your scheduled check-in date, you will receive a full refund of the deposit paid.
  • Cancellation Within [X] Days: If you cancel your reservation within [X] days of your check-in date, a cancellation fee of [X]% of the total booking amount will be charged. The remaining amount will be refunded.

If you check out earlier than your scheduled departure date, no refund will be provided for the unused nights, except in cases of unforeseen emergencies or special circumstances, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis

3. Refund for No-Show

In the event of a no-show (failure to arrive without prior notice), no refund will be issued, and the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

4. Refund Process

4.1 Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within [X] business days after the cancellation is confirmed. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the reservation.

4.2 Fees: Any bank or payment processing fees associated with the refund will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
